|comment= Thank you for your excellent review of my book. I wanted to clarify the factual error that you point out towards the end of the review. The correct statistic is, of course, that a dairy cow can produce between 2,000 and 10,000 litres of milk a year, not per day. This error somehow crept into the text during the drafting phase, but it will be corrected in the next edition of the book. Congratulations on spotting it - a sign of a very thorough review!
