Kia Ahankoob was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He is a former Amatuer Mixed Martial Arts Champion specializing in the art of Wrestling. He has worked as a Special Education teacher and Wrestling Coach for over 8 years. He spends his spare time analyzing films on his podcast ''The Iron Koob Fights Movies'', playing with his two dogs, Sirius and Regulus Black, and spending time with his wife, Jade. He currently resides in Denver, Colorado
