We enjoyed Dork Diaries by Rachel Renee Russell, delighted to find that there was a girly equivalent to the best selling Diary of a Wimpy Kid series by Jeff Kinney. The diary format appealed and we looked forward to the next instalment which didn't disappoint. They were a definite treat for the nine plus age group.
Both books are now available in one tremendous-value volume Double Dork Diaries: Two Tales from a Not-so-fabulous Life and there's also an interactive website with downloadable content for keen fans.
