This is the third in the Elsie and Ethelred mystery series, and L C Tyler has written another, equally funny book called [[A Very Persistent Illusion by L C Tyler|A Very Persistent Illusion]]. We also enjoyed [[Herring on the Nile by L C Tyler|Herring on the Nile]]. Another humorous book about an author watching his characters develop is [[Wild Oats by Michael Edwards]].
