She is also the Founder and Executive Director of Humanculture, an Indigenous-led organization establishing community-governed systems for water access, food security, health access, education, and women’s economic autonomy.

		+	Recognized in Forbes 40 Under 40 for her leadership, Stephanie’s research on nonprofit institutions as "bridging agents" for sustainable development was published in the ''Journal of Nonprofit Innovation'' (2025). A frequent lecturer at Columbia University and Fordham University, her work informs international policy discussions on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and decolonial humanitarian frameworks.
