-When I retired from teaching, I focused my attention on creative writing. It was on a Birkbeck evening course in London, that I began writing my first novel, ''Transforming Pandora''. This eventually mushroomed into a trilogy, followed by a fourth book, ''Temple of Dreams'', with a completely different cast of characters, some inhabiting Ancient Greece! My latest offering, ''The Zookeeper's Dragon'', is in keeping with my interest in the supernatural, (always accompanied by an awareness of how ridiculous it may seem to others).

 The following may be a little too paranormal for some – but my latest book was predicted by a medium in 2022. I expected it to be finished within a year, but being widowed and deciding to move house during that time slowed progress down quite a bit. Thank goodness, it’s finally 'hatched' and I hope readers will enjoy ''The Zookeeper’s Dragon'' and receive the love and light that infuses it.
 I live in  the village of Kings Langley, Hertfordshire, attend a weekly Qigong class in the church hall, support the nearest football team (Watford  FC), and enjoy spending time with my two sons and their families.
