I think the best love story in this very popular dystopian genre is in [[The Knife of Never Letting Go by Patrick Ness]]. I think you'd also enjoy [[Blood Red Road by Moira Young]], a fabulous quest novel set in a future dystopian society and also featuring a strong female central character.
