Overall, the John Green alone would be worth the price of this one, so it's pretty much an essential present for the book-loving teen fiction fan at Christmas. Highly recommended!
When you're looking for a wonderful read at Christmas, you're limited to either this or Dash and Lily's Book of Dares by David Levithan and Rachel Cohn, but they're a pretty fabulous pair of books to be limited to. Fans of the middle section , in particular, should definitely check out John Green's other books if they haven't already (although seriously, is there anyone who hasn't already?) While the most critically acclaimed are The Fault in Our Stars and Looking for For Alaska, my personal favourite is Paper Towns. Two other books fans of his may really enjoy are a couple of my favourite teen contemporaries of the year so far, Severed Heads, Broken Hearts by Robyn Schneider and In Bloom by Matthew Crow.
