An even greater disadvantage is that not all counties are covered. If you want to camp in a county beginning with the letter P or later then you're out of luck and the coverage isn't complete earlier in the alphabet. I checked for Yorkshire first – and obviously had no luck, but then looked for Northumberland as a friend is planning a trip in the autumn. There's no entry for Northumberland either. You'd be wise to check that the area you want to visit is covered before you buy the book.
Not all entries are complete. In Cambridgeshire, for instance, there are twenty -six sites listed, but the information about dog bins is only supplied for two.
