As the founder and publisher at Polished Publishing Group (PPG), I work with a professional team of editors, designers, indexers, proofreaders, and writers to help businesses and individuals around the world produce audiobooks, ebooks, paperbacks, and hardcovers. As a bestselling author and sales coach, I show them how to advertise, sell, and market their books using all the effective traditional and online tricks of the trade.

Think of PPG as a skilled project manager and sales coach for authors. Supported self-publishing is intended for serious-minded authors with an entrepreneurial mindset who wish to earn a profit from the commercial sale of their books, and who would rather hire a professional project manager with industry expertise to help them publish and distribute their books worldwide rather than to spend copious hours awkwardly managing the project themselves.

In addition to my book publishing background, I have a substantial sales and sales management history that includes new business development, both inside and outside account management of all types and sizes of companies, plus personnel management and leadership experience within unionized and non-unionized environments. Add my firsthand knowledge of records management, process management, and project management into the mix and you have everything that is required in a professional book publisher to help authors succeed.

My number one priority in each of these roles has always been, and will always be, to earn (and keep) the trust of each of my clients by providing ethical and thoughtful customer service that meets or exceeds their expectations.
